Terms of Delivery
General
Glam House Oy, business ID: 3190668-1, address: Hiekkamäentie 13 Halli B6, 01150 Söderkulla, sells products to businesses and legal-age individuals in the EU area. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products through our online store and similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are effective from January 31, 2024. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the terms of delivery from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with the terms each time you place an order through our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of products in the online store are presented in connection with each product presentation. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check these prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order. The prices of products include taxes, which will be shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Delivery Costs
Any delivery costs associated with an order depend on the product itself (e.g., weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they will be automatically added to the total sum of the order. You can view the delivery costs for your order (if applicable) in your shopping cart before confirming the order.
Ordering and Agreement
You can order products through our online store by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the contents of the shopping cart. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and committed to our current terms of delivery. You understand that your accepted and confirmed order is binding and establishes an agreement between us in accordance with these terms of delivery, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If, for some unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery Method
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you can choose when placing your order.
Delivery Time
The typical delivery times in Finland are 3-8 days, depending on the order and chosen delivery method. More specific times will be provided in connection with the product options.
Right of Cancellation and Return Conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or, if it concerns the regular delivery of goods, within 14 days of receiving the first batch of goods.

The right of cancellation applies only to products in saleable condition, and the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and carefully packed for return.
If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice to our return address below. The returner must provide proof, if necessary, that the goods have been returned within the specified time, for example, with a return receipt. The returner must bear the costs of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When returning the delivered order, please first contact our customer service by email at info@glamhouse.fi, and include your name, contact information, and order number in the shipment.
We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with consumer protection laws, once the products have been received and confirmed to be unused and in saleable condition.
Return Address:
The return must be made to the specified address with the delivery fully paid; we do not accept returns sent as "cash on delivery."
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Check of Shipment, Defects, and Issues
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport, does not correspond to your order, or is faulty in any way, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving it. We will then discuss how to rectify the error. For consumer transactions, we adhere to mandatory consumer protection laws regarding liability for defects.

Limitation of Liability
Glam House Oy is not liable for any indirect or direct damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws or other laws prescribe otherwise for the specific damage in question.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any possible disputes related to your order primarily through agreement, so please contact our customer service first to settle the matter.
If a dispute related to the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
